Trekking for Beginner
Walking for a several hours for a weeks is not a piece of a cake for any one of us. People wants to trek and hike, however some of them fear of the consequences between or after the trekking. There are few things that a beginner trekker need to know before they start their wonderful journey to the Himalayas. You don't need to acquire the special skills but all you need is to walk and make your trek fun and memorable. This are the some of the useful tips for the beginner to make their trek safe and marvelous.
Back pack
Always remember to pack your bag with only the necessary items that you need while trekking. As you'll be walking for days and days, you need your backpack to be light and not filled with the things that you do not need in trek. Take a comfortable clothes and gears with you. I have listed some of the important items you should not be missing.

Take a Local Guide
The purpose of taking a guide with you is not only to guide your way but also gives you the insight knowledge about the culture and history of the Places. Though there are signage that gives you a direction for trails but taking a guide gives you more advantage for the trekkers
Permit
Beware of taking permit before you make your journey. If you are travelling to any National Park and Conservation Areas in Nepal, you need to make a TIMS (Trekkers Information Management Systems) card.
Acclimatize
Altitude Sickness is not a joke. if you are trekking above the altitude of 2500 m , you might suffer from the altitude sickness and its very significant to know about Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS).
Leave Footprints Not Trash
Lastly, Enjoy each and every steps you make in your journey. Make your trek one heck of the memorable part of your life. There are lot of things that a Himalayas offers you which will be revealed after you begin your first step and throughout the journey. But one important thing that everyone needs to know is do not throw trash and litters. Do not take nature for GRANTED.
